My thoughts on prayer

I believe:
  • humans are spiritual beings
  • prayer is exercise for our souls
  • anyone can pray
  • prayer "works" but sometimes not how we expect
I worry:
  • people disillusioned with traditional religions avoid prayer and ignore their spiritual side
